Following the tragic events at Astroworld Festival 2021, Travis Scott’s relationship is being reassessed, but more images of the Houston-impending native’s collaborations are emerging. Air Jordan 1 Low Cactus Jack is expected to be released by the Jordan Brand in 2022.
The upcoming sneakers take a lighthearted approach to the predominantly brown retro Scotts that were released in July of this year. The “Dark Mocha” tone of the Air Jordan 1 Low’s toe boxes, mid-foot panels, tongues, and collars, however, remain. Branding on top of the tongue and heel overlay in “University Red” is featured, while the backward swoosh on the left side is back in action. Scott’s upcoming low-top Air Jordan 1 features a “Sail” midsole for an “aged” look and a dark brown outsole combination underfoot, which has already been seen on his daughter.
