We’ve all heard of Chicago color blocking, and now Nike is bringing it to their most popular silhouette, the Air Force 1. Featuring the same color blocking, the offering comes in a darker shade of red, which is a slight departure from what we’re used to but still looks excellent on the AF1 model. The toes and sides are made of white leather, while the overlay system and tongue are made of Team Red. The Nike Swoosh logo and heel overlays are black, as is the lacing system, which contrasts nicely with the language. To complete the new look, a standard white AF1 midsole is added below, along with a black outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 GS Chicago has yet to be officially released, but a drop is expected in the coming weeks. Currently, the pair is only available in GS sizes, but adult sizes are expected to follow soon.
