Pawnshop Skate Co., Anthony Piscopo, founded in Covina, California, in 2010, has been instrumental in creating a skate-obsessed neighborhood east of downtown Los Angeles. The group will introduce its first Nike SB Dunk High partnership before 2023 is over.
The pair, which was first hinted at in early August 2022, has a primarily black upper. Everything on the shoe, from the forefoot to the collar region, is made of premium leather. The mid-foot and rear areas of the shoe, which are decorated with golden embellishments, provide a striking contrast. Along with the co-branding on the tongue label, the distinctive “OLD SOUL” messaging on the underside of the tongue, and the lace eyelets, the inner lining also features the contrasting color noted earlier. Each element works together to form a unique, first-time Nike SB collaboration for the tough Pawnshop Skate Co. crew.
