When you look at this picture, you’ll see the New Balance 990v2’s sunset tones on display in all their glory. This shoe’s ABSORB-cushioned midsole is a rich orange, while the soles below are a vibrant magenta. It all makes sense: the large ‘N’ logo on the sidewalls sits in a similar purple tone, matching the underlays at the front of the sneaker and the 990 branding at the top of the tongue color.
Bembury’s signature shaggy suede and the wide-hole mesh we’ve seen on his other New Balance collaborations appear on the upper in rosy tones. This warm color scheme will work well in the spring and summer as well as in the fall and winter. Please share more photos of the couple with us!
