Most of the restocks and releases for Yeezy Day 2022 have been made public as the holiday approaches. The most recent release is a pair of Yeezy Foam Runner MX Carbon sneakers.
The Adidas-backed company has used the laceless model for two years, and the silhouette still offers fresh looks in the expanding injected foam slip-on market. Another “mix” of colors may be seen on the porous upper of the “MX Carbon” version, which pairs somber black and grey with exuberant yellow and purple to create a look reminiscent of the painter’s workwear. The company hasn’t revealed the latest Yeezys’ inspiration in an official capacity, but the Yeezy Day release might just be another experiment in color for Ye and the company. Whatever the case, the pair will undoubtedly sell out soon after release, just like the “MX” versions of the enduringly popular Yeezy Slides.
