The Swoosh has been releasing a number of cold-weather-appropriate footwear in the last month. The Nike Dunk Low Toasty is coming up next.
The newly-surfaced pair contains at least 20% recycled materials as part of the North American company’s “Move to Zero” initiative. The uppers are all blue, except for the quilted nylon bases, which have a lighter shade of blue. Overlays made of suede, as well as the fur lining and Nike Dunk’s spine branding, offer a more vibrant proposition. Its sock-liners are made of unique fur, making it a great choice for the upcoming winter. Swoosh’s sustainability efforts are furthered thanks to the sole unit’s speckling, which appears to be made from upcycled materials.
It is expected that adult and grade school sizes will be available soon via Nike SNKRS.
