Nike Sportswear has released a special “Kyrie Irving” edition of the classic Dunk Low just in time for the 2022 NBA Playoffs, which start in a matter of weeks. Although he has had to cut down on his playing time this season due to personal beliefs, and his most recent signature sneaker has been controversial since it leaked in 2021, Irving is still one of the most famous athletes in the NBA.
The Nike Dunk Low Kyrie Irving edition, in pop art-inspired baltic blue and white, was designed with the help of the artist himself. It has a traditional Dunk design, a leather upper, a white midsole, and a blue overlay. The details, however, are where the devil is hiding. The sneaker’s collar is a pale yellow color, outlined in black. The tongue tag and insoles featuring the Kyrie logo are also yellow. Finally, the orange rubber outsole and black lining finish off the design.
