With the Dunk silhouette, Nike continues experimenting with different materials, textures, and accents, as this upcoming women’s release exemplifies. The shiny exterior of the Racer Blue material completes the varsity jacket look on this Dunk High, which features satin, tumbled leather, and a dot-textured surface. On the inside, you’ll find a crimson-colored ribbed finish with a button rivet and an attached pull-tab at the heel.
One of the most intriguing aspects of this design is the tongue, which features an illustration of retro hoops, complete with a referee’s whistle and the words “Designed To The Exact Specifications of Her.” The Air Force 1 Shadow and the Air Max 270 are also part of a small capsule that includes this Nike Dunk High Racer Blue Satin.
Currently, the release date is set for June, but that is likely to be pushed back.
